Tall black and green crop cage standing over a row of climbing pole beans

Standing Room For Tall Crops

This tall crop cage sets a mesh enclosure over a raised bed, a vegetable row or a cluster of container plants.

Listed dimensions run 94.33 by 47.24 by 70.87 in, which leaves standing room to tend tomatoes, beans, berries, flowers and leafy greens without crouching.

It suits a garden plot, a patio corner or a lawn edge where growing space needs a clear boundary.

Steel Tubes, Reinforced Joints

The frame uses powder-coated steel tubes that resist rust and corrosion outdoors, joined by reinforced plastic connectors.

Side support rods stiffen the walls, while U-shaped ground stakes and guy ropes anchor the structure when wind picks up.

The cover is a tear-resistant polyester mesh with 0.16 in, or 4 mm, openings, and that open weave lets air move through, sunlight reach the leaves, and rain or irrigation pass down to the roots.

Crop cage on a patio corner with the full height door unzipped and curtain rolled up

Unzip, Roll Up, Walk In

A full-height zippered door runs along one panel with reinforced edges beside the track. Unzip it and roll the curtain up to water, prune or harvest, then draw the zipper closed so the netting forms a continuous screen around the plants.

Assembly is simple: the tubes slot into the joints, the cover slips over the frame, and the ropes tension the corners. The finish is black and green.

At the end of the season, brush off soil, dry everything fully, fold it loosely and store it indoors.
