Right of Withdrawal

This page explains your right to change your mind — to cancel an order before it ships, or to send an item back after it arrives.

Cancelling before your order ships

You can cancel any order for a full refund at any point before it ships, which is usually within 24 hours of purchase. Email support@gloamyard.com or call (316) 670-0170 with your order number as soon as you can. If it has already gone out, the return process below applies instead.

Withdrawing after delivery

You have 30 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase and return the item, for any reason. You do not have to explain why.

To exercise this right, email support@gloamyard.com or call (316) 670-0170 with your order number and a note that you wish to return the item. We reply within 2 business days with instructions and a return address. Please wait for those instructions — items sent back without prior authorization may not be refundable, and our business address is not a returns warehouse.

Condition

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging with all tags, accessories and hardware.

What cannot be withdrawn

  • Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards
  • Custom, personalized or made-to-order items
  • Anything returned more than 30 days after delivery

Who pays return shipping

If the item arrived damaged, defective or was not what you ordered, we cover return shipping and send a prepaid label. If you are returning because you changed your mind, return shipping is yours. Original shipping charges are refunded only where the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.

Your refund

Once we receive and inspect the return, we email to confirm and refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional billing cycle to post it.

A note on where you live

We sell to customers in the United States only. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal set out in EU and UK consumer law does not apply to these sales. The 30-day right described on this page is one we offer voluntarily, and it is longer than that statutory minimum. Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer law of your own state.
