Inflate, Knot, Pack Away Flat
Inflated diameter is 19.8 cm, or 7.8 in. Each set contains ten pieces plus ten strands, and no batteries are supplied, so add the cells the strands take before setting up.
Fill by mouth, with a hand pump, or with helium if a floating arrangement is wanted, then knot the neck around the wire.
Pack everything flat afterward and keep the wire loosely wound to stop kinks forming while it sits in storage.
