Inflate, Tie Off, Store Flat
Each one measures 19.8 cm, or 7.8 in, when inflated. Setup is simple: feed the wire inside, inflate by mouth or with a pump, and tie the neck around the strand so it cannot slip back out.
Batteries are not included, so plan to add the cells the strands take before the event begins.
Store them flat and away from sharp edges, and keep every strand coiled loosely so the fine wire does not kink between uses.
