Padding For A Bare Egg Chair
This cushion is shaped to drop into a hanging egg chair or a basket swing, filling the curve of the frame so the seat and back are padded in one piece.
It works on a porch, a deck, a sunroom, a garden corner, an outdoor bar area, or beside a pool, and it turns a bare rattan shell into somewhere you can settle in with a book, a coffee, or headphones for an afternoon.
This listing is for the cushion and its headrest pillow only — the chair itself is not included.
Hollow Cotton Fill, Woven Polyester Cover
Hollow cotton fill gives the pad its loft, and the curved cut follows the line of your back rather than sitting flat against it.
The outer cover is woven polyester fiber, breathable and tear resistant, and it unzips through hidden zippers so it can go into a washing machine.
A separate headrest pillow attaches with a 7.87 in strap so it stays where you put it instead of sliding down.
Sizing, Lofting And Off Season Storage
Extended, the cushion measures 45.28 in by 49.21 in by 5.5 in and weighs about 6.06 lb, so check the curve of your frame against those figures before ordering.
It ships vacuum compressed, so allow three to seven days for it to regain full shape, or run it in a dryer for about fifteen minutes.
It folds down for storage in the off season, and the cover comes off through the hidden zippers when it needs a wash.
