White solar flag pole light fitted over a flag pole in a front yard at dusk

Light For The Flag, Light For Camp

This solar powered light is made to mount on a flag pole and cast light down over the flag after dark. It is intended for outdoor use in a yard, on a porch post, at a campsite or inside a tent.

It also doubles as a camping lamp thanks to a hanging hook on the body, so it travels as easily as it mounts.

Because it charges from daylight, no cable or outlet is needed at the mounting point, and the light control circuit switches the unit on at dusk and off when daylight returns.

42 LEDs Over Six Solar Panels

The disc-shaped housing is molded in ABS plastic with a white finish and carries an IP55 rating for outdoor exposure.

Forty-two SMD LEDs are arranged across the underside, and six solar panels rated 6 V/300 mA sit on the upper face to gather daylight.

A two-speed dimming switch lets you pick between brightness levels, and a separate on and off control is built in. Rated power is 5 W at 1.2 V, and lamp lifespan is listed at about 50000 hours.

Fits Over The Pole, Charges Itself

The unit measures 220 by 220 by 32 mm, or 8.66 by 8.66 by 1.26 in, with a 15 mm (0.59 in) aperture that fits over a pole.

A built-in 2200mAh 18650 lithium battery stores the day's charge and supports roughly 6 to 12 hours of run time. Coverage is around 10 square meters, with a recommended installation height within 3 meters.

Keep the panel surface clean so charging is not blocked.
